Roger Cole, PhD who teaches Iyengar yoga in America and abroad is a specialist in the science of sleep and relaxation. He says that working on physical alignment brings mental and physical balance, noting that inversions are particularly restorative.
We will discuss when inversions are contraindicated (such as the moon cycle and other reasons)
We will explore key inversions and offer modifications that are accessible to all
