45 minutes of high intensity spinning with our energetic instructors will include motivating music, interval drills and power hills. This low impact workout will build endurance, strength and a healthy heart.

This class starts with 45 minutes of calorie blasting cardio followed by 15 minutes of sculpt and strength to build lean-defined muscles using weights, body bars, bosus, bands, kettlebells and TRX. Never expect the same class!

This class will start with an intense cardio workout in the Spin studio then move to the TRX studio to focus on strength training and building lean muscle. Sculpt and strengthen your core while burning calories! This  class does it all!
