This is a foundation building workshop aimed towards students who want to learn more about arm balances and inversions. We will break down all the poses and intelligently build them back up to gain strength, stability and balance. Some of the poses we will go over are crow pose, side crow, supported headstand, handstand, and forearm stand, just to name a few! This workshop is for all levels so just show up with an open mind and a willingness to try!
This is a 2 hour workshop so there will be plenty of time to break down poses with no rush.

$40 day of Workshop
It is generally recommend that students of yoga have practiced regularly for least a year and/or have a strong awareness of body alignment. It is best to avoid this workshop if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, a heart condition, recent surgery, back or neck injury.
This workshop is non-refundable, non-transferable and can not be used towards a future workshop if you’re unable to attend after registration.
