Prep Ahead to Break ”Fast” Grab and Go Paleo Recipes

Want a healthy breakfast but don’t have time in the morning to prepare? Paleo is the way to go! Here are some recipes that you can make ahead and just heat up in the morning. These recipes  include healthy fats, lean proteins and fresh veggies and will only take you 15 minutes to prepare.

Here are 2 great high protein metabolic morning starters!

Breakfast Stuffed Pepper

What You’ll Need:

4 bell peppers, sliced in half, core and seeds removed

8 eggs, beaten

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 onions, diced

3 cups baby spinach

1 tomato, diced

½ tsp. garlic powder

Bacon, ham, and/or sausages, pre-cooked (optional)

1 tbsp. cooking fat or coconut oil

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mini Ham and Broccoli Frittatas


1 cup fully cooked ham, cut into cubes;

1 cup broccoli, chopped into small pieces;

1 red onion, minced;

6 eggs;

4 egg whites;

3 tbsp. chives, minced;

2 tbsp. full-fat coconut milk;

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste;

healthy fat to coat muffin tins
