Macros Masterclass

Are you looking to make a change in your diet but feeling overwhelmed with all the information out there?! What’s the best technique for dieting? How do I know what approach to use? How do I keep track of what I’m eating to know I’m setting myself up for success? These are all very common and logical questions to have!

Two popular approaches as a licensed nutritionist that I feel strongly ensure success for my clients are flexible dieting (often referred to as IIFYM - If It Fits Your Macros) , and following a “meal plan”. While there is no one size fits all to dieting there is one question to ask yourself that will help you decide what will be the best fit for you.

What will be something you can maintain for the long run ? This should be an approach you do not dread following , but a change to create healthy lifestyle habits. Educating yourself will help you be successful when embarking this new journey , and having someone guide you through this process will alleviate a lot of stress.

My “Macro Masterclass” will cover the following:
-what is IIFYM
-what is a meal plan
-what’s the best fit for you
-how to use myfitnesspal (a macro tracking app)
-how to follow portion sizes /use a food scale
-how to stay on track when eating out
-how to food prep to save time & money
- Q&A

Come join me Saturday March 9th at 12:00 P.M. to make healthy living your new life style for the long run! The cost of this workshop is $35, please register in advance as refreshments will be served !
