Policies and FAQ

What are your studio no show/late cancelation policies?

*We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. No shows for class will either be charged a $15 charge (if using a membership contract), or loss of a credit. Pre-registration is required for in-studio classes to be held. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to no registrations. 5:30/6/6:30am classes must be reserved by 8pm the night before. All other classes must be reserved 90 minutes before the start of class. Drop-in clients will be honored, however it runs a risk of class being cancelled.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to check in and have time to store your belongings, use the restroom, and set up for class. If you are new to the studio, please allow enough time to create an account and learn the studio lay out. Upon arrival,  please remove your shoes before entering the studio and place your shoes in the shoe cubbies. Please check in with the front desk. Please allow enough time to find parking which is available behind the studio, along the side of the building and on Bridge St.

How do virtual classes work?

We stream our classes through the platform zoom. Have zoom downloaded to your device that you will be using to watch them (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet). When you sign up for a virtual class you will first receive a confirmation email for your reservation. The link to the class will be sent in a separate email 15 minutes before the start of class.

What should I bring?

Please bring a mat, water and towel to yoga classes. Clean work out shoes are requested for spin & conditioning classes.  We do rent mats & towels and sell bottled water at the front desk. Monthly membership includes towel service.
