This program is designed as a way to nourish and refresh your practice, and hopefully bring comfort to you during uncertain times. It consists of twice weekly master classes and weekly videos/reading material to support to theme. We at Northshore School of Yoga have designed this to be beneficial for those who wish to have a deeper understanding of yoga without becoming a certified teacher, those who have taken teacher trainings and want a refresher course, and those who are interested in training with us in the future and want to get familiarized with our teachings.
In six weeks you can expect to enrich your personal practice, get an understanding of eastern philosophy, and benefit from a supportive community in these times of isolation. Hilary Richard and Marc St Pierre come from different backgrounds in yoga, but have joined together to share the same passion.
