This Self nurturing workshop utilizes the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra and is scientifically recognized for its power to counteract the symptoms of stress that can lead to chronic imbalances, burn out and even illness. Pre registration is recommended. Wear comfortable clothes and please bring a yoga mat. Anyone can do this practice.
