Description:
Designed to gently calm the mind and soften the body, this workshop offers a deeply nourishing experience combining reiki-based gentle massage, aromatherapy, restorative / yin postures, and creative pranayama to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Set to soothing soundscapes such as Native American flutes, Tibetan and crystal sound bowls, ambient tones, and nature sounds, participants are guided into embodied rest. It’s an invitation to slow down, receive, and reconnect with your natural state of balance
