description

"If you think you're enlightened, go home for the holidays." - Ram Dass

For many of us, the holidays can be a time of stress, chaos, over-stimulation, and falling into old patterns and painful stories. In this workshop, we will explore the reasons why we regress during the holidays and how to avoid it and even thrive in this time. We'll use breath, a powerful yoga practice, grounding meditations, music and a sense of humor to prepare ourselves for the season ahead.

Format:

30-minute opening discussion and meditation

90-minute vinyasa practice, restorative finish, all levels

30-minute closing discussion and meditation.

Please bring your yoga mat (rentals are available), a journal and an open mind.
