Kirsty will be kicking off our Posture Lab series with a collection of poses we're mostly all familiar with but we all can make stronger and better in our practice: Downdog and Sun Salutations! These 90 minute classes are designed to breakdown poses that you may or may not be familiar with and answer the questions, provide the hands on adjustments and breakdowns we don't have time to get into in a normal 60 minute long class!
